ai-je un virus??

bonjour
j'ai un vaio portable de sony et depuis qql semaines il fonctionne mal : il se bloque et je ne peux plus cliquer sur rien ou plusieurs programme comme msn ou sonicstage ne répondent plus sans raison alors qu'ils marchent très bien dès fois. Sans fair des taches qui prennent bcp de mémoir il plante et je suis obligé de l'arreter a la main, les installations sont très très lentes (plus de 3h pr installer un logiciel qui prend 1/4 d'heure sur le pc de salon).
En faisant un scan av bit defender j'avais trouvé des virus mais impossible à déplaçé ou à désinfecter, quand je refais le scan ils n'y sont plus mais mon pb reste. que faire?
en lisant les msg du forum j'ai télécharger Hijackthis et fait un scan mais j'y connais rien
est ce qq1 pourrais m'aider?
