Salut j'ai intallé un logiciel et pas moyen de le suprimer comment faire ? Il est ecrit "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complet could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor" J'ai intallé tout le cd et je sais pas quoi faire

I have finally found a way to delete the damn mp3 utilities 3.68 from my computer from the add/remove program. First, goes into “program file” and delete the mp3 utilities 3.68 folder. Then download the Window Installer Cleanup Utility package from Microsoft or at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/. Once download, run it. Once you have the appl open, scroll down, and voila, you will see mp3 utilities 3.68. Highlight it, and remove the damn sucker.

en englais et en français sa ve dire quoi ?
explorateur windows puis tu vas dans ton dossier programe file puis tu spprime le dossier mp3 utilities 3.68
puis telecharge windows installer cleanup utility pack a cette adresse http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/.
1 fois l appli telechargé utilise le pour desinstaller ton truc
