URGENT AIDEZ MOI >> CORRECTION ANGLAIS

Bonjour !
J'ai du inventer la suite d'un texte de Mary Higgins Clark en anglais j'ai essayé de corriger mes fautes mais il doit probablement en rester. si vous trouver des fautes (ou incorrections) merci de me le faire savoir. Voilà mon texte :

Suddenly, I was overcome with a harrowing feeling. I gazed on the memo board and my heart beat wildly. I didn't know if I had to be at him beck and call and to wait for instructions or if I had to do things my own way. Did you know what my feelings are at this time? I craved for calling police because I really had to talk to someone. Intuitively, I decided to give way in the end and to appeal to the police. For a few moments I soothed but there was a ring at the door and presently my panic returned : I shaked like a leaf ! It was impossible for the police to already there ! I was so scared to deeath that I gently opened the door. Amazingly enough, he was the impostor ! He was armed then I understood that I will never see my family again. I was so frightened that I was breathtaking. Then the man approached me and said « Pay attention to what I'm about to say. If you want your kid and girlfriend alive, you have to give me $100 000$ before tomorrow ». In the meantime a policeman was creeping up behind Foxy and handucuffing him. Finally, the situation was saved ! I exclamaid : « Your trying to persuade me get you nowhere ! ». At the very moment that the policeman nicked the impostor, I saw Neil and Sharon who were running towards me. They wre so enthusiasic that they were flinging my arms round me neck. All's well that end's well !
