Ordinateur très lent - Log Hijackthis - Merci de votre aide

Bonjour,
J'ai un gros soucis, je ne sais plus quoi faire, mon ordi est très très lent, par exemple quand je veux jouer une vidéo ou un simple petit Mp3, il joue au ralenti, impossible de revenir à des lectures "normales".
J'ai défragmenté le disque, fait un scan avec Avast mais rien ne change...
