pb important de virus sur pc +++++

bonjour moi c'est alex de paris.

bon voila pour resumer jai un gros pb de virus ou de vers, jen sais tro rien.
voici les symptomes :
1) sur ma fleche avec la souris ya tjrs le sablier d'attente.
2) des fenetres "drwtsn32.exe a rencontré un probleme et doit fermer....blablabla" s'ouvre sur mon ecran intempestivement, jai bo cliquer sur "ne pas envoyer", d'autres s'ouvre continuellement à chaque fois que je clik.
3) jai tenté smitfraud : à la recherche avec l'option 1, il bloque et marque "presence de clé corrompu", et quand je fais nettoyage, il bloque parce que ya tjrs les fenetres "drwtsn32.exe a rencontré un probleme" et en plus ya des fenetres "regedit.exe a rencontré un pb et doit fermer" qui s'ouvre.
4) en faisant demarrer executer, je ne peux acceder à regedit,ni à msconfig, en fait à rien du tout.
5) jai recherché avec spy boot&destroy, resultat : il me trouve des choses que jarrive à supprimer sans pb
6) jai des fichiers .exe inconnu qui se mettent sur le bureau mais jarrive facilmement à les mettre dans la poubelle.
7) et pour finir le gros pb c'est que dans pleins de dossier jai des centaines de fichiers caché qui se nomme "myvsndue.t" ou encore "myvsnhjd.t" ou "sltchpml.t" enfin à chque fois les lettres sont differentes mais ca finit tjrs par ".t"

Bonjour,


Les manipulations qui sont a faire sont en mode sans echec copie/colle ce que tu as a faire sur ton bureau.

Telecharge AVG et installe le. le lien : http://www.infos-du-net.com/telecharger/AVG-Edition-Fre...
Lance le et mets le à jour en cliquant sur " Mise à jour" puis ferme le programme

Et clique sur mise à jour pour les faires.

Telecharge et installe le. http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner.html

Redemarre en mode sans echec en cliquant sur la touche F8 de ton clavier pendant le demarrage.

Lance Ccleaner,
clique sur la touche "Analyse", puis sur le bouton "Lancer le nettoyage".
A la fin du nettoyage clique sur le bouton "Erreurs" et repare les erreurs.

Ensuite lance AVG et clique sur "Analyse" puis sur "Analyse complete du système" puis quand le scan et terminer clique sur "appliquer toutes les actions".
Clique et enrengistrer le rapport et mets le dans un endroit facile a trouver.

Redmarre en mode normal et poste le rapport de AVG et un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.

bon merci pour tout ca, jai essayé de le faire mais je ne peux pas installer avg, ca plante lors de l'installation, idem pour kerio, idem pour msn,etc.....

bon apparement avec l'antivirus en ligne secuser , je serait infecté par "luder-a" et avec avast ce serait "luder-f", je suis vraiment pommé, en plus maintenant, jai plein de logiciel dont pas mal de fichiers ont été supprimé comme par exemple windows media player,msn, ccleaner est ininstallable, .....

que dois je faire ? merci d'avance
