tâche iexplorer occupe 100% cpu

Bonjour à tous,

Après plusieurs heures de recherche je me tourne vers vous :

mon PC, un portable Dell avec windows XP sp2 a les symptômes suivants :
il génère tout seul des taches iexplore.exe dont l'occupation cpu monte régulièrement à 99%.

Après avoir regardé divers forums, j'ai détecté entre autre :
* un fichier hosts corrompu avec des sites inconnus à l'intérieur
* des fichiers html corrompus avec une redirection vers un site chinois, je les ai supprimé
* le service "network logon" avec une description en caractères éxotiques, j'ai désactivé ce service

Mon anti virus symantec ne voit rien, adware ne voit rien et mes processus iexplore sont toujours là.
