Mon pc lag :S analisez mon log hijack siouplait !

bonjour bonjour tout le monde !
voila depuis hier mon pc lag je ne sais pas pourquoi :S quand je le démarre en ayant enlever tout les programmes de démarrage, la charge dédiée est a 320mo alorq qu'elle était a 200 a peu près avant :S
j ai fait une recherche kaspersky, smitfraud, spybot et avast et j ai enlever ce qu'ils ont trouvés mais j ai toujour le pc qui lag ! peut meme pas bien lire des vidéo :S !
