Aide Overcloking Amd 64 x 2 3800+

Bonjour à tous , voila moi qui est un novice en matiere d'o/c , je souhaiterai overcloker mon amd 64 x2 3800+ sans que ça ai de conséquence sur le materiel . Pour cela si quelqun si connais bien j'aimerai qu'on me dise les valeur et les reglage a faire dans le bios.
