tres construtive la reponsse attent que des perssone sachent analyser les log le fasse est passe un max de logiciel anti ...

Désolé je vois qu'il y a deja pas mal de topics sur le dialer, downloader etc.. peut-etre que je n'aurais pas du créer un nouveau sujet mais je ne voulais pas pirater une conversation déjà existante !

Si je dois déplacer mon sujet, no pb, dites-moi juste ou je dois le mettre svp.

1 Télécharge
CCleaner.
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner.html
Installe le dans un répertoire dédié.

Ewido
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Tu l'installes.
Lance Ewido et clique sur le bouton Update (barre d'outils - au haut).
Sous Manual Update clique Start update. Patiente jusqu'à l'affichage "Update successful".

2 Redémarre en mode sans echec. Attention, tu n'as pas accès à internet dans ce mode, note bien ce que tu as à faire.
Démarre l'ordinateur.
Une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir. Appuye sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
En utilisant les touches du curseur, sélectionne Mode sans échec et appuye sur Entrée.

3 Lance le nettoyage avec CCleaner.

4 Lance Ewido.
Clique sur le bouton Scanner (de la barre d'outils)
Puis sur l'onglets Settings, pour How to Act. Clique sur Recommanded Actions. Sélectionne Quarantine.
Reviens a l'onglet Scan. Clique Complete system Scan
A la fin du scan, choisis l'option " Apply All Actions " en bas.
Clique sur "Save Report", puis "Save Report As". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte. Assure-toi de le sauvegarder dans un endroit facile à retrouver.

5 Redémarre normalement et poste le rapport d'Ewido avec un nouveau log HijackThis.

Une partie de la procédure se déroulera sans avoir accès à internet, prière d'imprimer ces instructions, ou de les coller dans un fichier texte, pour lecture durant cette désinfection.
Les manipulations sont à faire sans interruption et dans l'ordre.

Ferme toutes les fenêtres Windows, Internet explorer, Outlook,sauf le logiciel Hijackthis et clique sur « Fix checked »

3 Assure toi d'avoir accés à tous les fichiers.
Démarrer, Poste de travail ou autre dossier, Menu Outils, Option des dossiers, onglet Affichage :
Activer la case : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
Désactiver la case : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
Désactiver la case : Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation
Puis Appliquer

4 Désinstalle ces applications (si tu les trouves) dans Ajout-Suppression de programmes :

Save

5 Supprime les fichiers/dossiers incriminés (s'ils existent encore) :

Recache les fichiers systeme afin de ne pas faire d'erreur à l'avenir en sélectionnant ne pas afficher les fichiers cachés ou les fichiers système.

6 Lance le nettoyage avec CCleaner.

7 Redémarre normalement et poste un nouveau log HijackThis.

Chercheur PCA, je ne sais pas si tu suis encore mon cas :-) mais je viens de faire tourner Spybot apres toutes les manip que j'ai déjà faites... il me trouve encore du SpyQuake, du Downloader et d'autres trucs encore... on frise le déprimant ! Je voulais poster le rapport mais impossible de faire un C/C.

J'attends patiemment les conseils du patron ;-)

Tu le dézippes sur le Bureau.
C'est actuellement la version 2.76
Tu ouvres SmitfraudFix, tu double cliques sur SmitfraudFix.cmd et tu choisis l’option 1
Postes le rapport.

Une fois téléchargé,tu le dézippes dans un dossier dédié.
Puis tu double cliques sur ce fichier,il va travailler, patiente jusqu'à l'affichage d'un message.
Un rapport est généré dans le meme dossier, colle le ici.

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer.
* Coche Run VundoFix as a task.
* Un message t'avertira que l'outil va se fermer et s'ouvrir à nouveau : clique Ok
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
* Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo.
* Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
* Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
* Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown"); clique OK
* Démarre ton PC à nouveau.

Bonsoir.
L'outil n'a trouvé aucun fichier infecté donc pas de rapport.. par contre j'ai une "nouveauté", une fenetre windows qui me parle d'un fichier runtime qui n'a pas pu s'ouvrir... qd je clique sur ok, le bureau s'eteint et se rallume... étrange :-)

Et l'accès internet est considérablement ralenti depuis 2 jours mais j'imagine qu'il y a lien avec les ####ries que je traine.. pour info aussi, le scan ewido fait cet a.m ne me sort plus le trojan et le downloader... probablement suite à MAJ symatec faite ce matin..

3. Maintenant, lancer The Avenger en cliquant sur son icône du bureau.

Sous "Script file to execute" choisir "Input Script Manually".

Puis cliquer sur l'icône en forme de loupe qui va ouvrir une nouvelle fenêtre "View/edit script"

Dans cette fenêtre, coller le texte précedemment copié sur le bureau par les touches (Ctrl+V).

Cliquer Done

ensuite cliquer sur l'icône en forme de Feu Vert pour démarrer l'exécution du script

4. The Avenger va automatiquement faire ce qui suit:

Il va Re-démarrer le système. ( Dans les cas où le script contient un/des "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger re-démarrera votre système 2 fois.)

Pendant le re-démarrage, il apparaitra brièvement une fenêtre de commande de windows noire sur votre bureau, ceci est NORMAL.

Après le re-démarrage, il crée un fichier log qui s'ouvrira, faisant apparaitre les actions exécutées par The Avenger. Ce fichier log se trouve ici : C:\avenger.txt

The Avenger aura également sauvegardé tous les fichiers, etc., que vous lui avez demandé de supprimer, les aura compactés (zipped) et tranféré l'archive zip ici C:\avenger\backup.zip.

5. Pour finir copier/coller le contenu du ficher c:\avenger.txt dans votre réponse.

Comment se comporte le PC ?

Ecoute, j'ai envie de dire "pas mal" ! on est tres loin de la situation d'hier... plus de plantages, plus de dialer, plus de pop-up a priori.. internet rame toujours beaucoup mais comment savoir si c'est lié à ça. Par contre je viens de voir ds mes connexions réseau qu'une passerelle internet avait été créée alors qu'elle n'existait pas hier... ca veut dire qlq chose tu crois ? elle est connectée et il y des packs qui passent, alors que j'ai deja une connexion réseau sans-fil qui est "on"

Je viens d'avoir une ID pour la passerelle. Est ce que ce ne serait pas lié au fait que je suis connecté chez mon voisin ? ;-) Free merde ce soir donc j'ai switché..

Pour ce qui est des virus etc.. je viens de lancer un scan symantec pour voir. D'ailleurs, que faut-il exactement faire des fichiers infectés ? ce matin, symantec ne pouvait ni mettre en quarantaine, ni detruire ni reparer les fchiers trojan et downloader... que faire ? pour a l'avenir eviter d'emmerder les gens comme toi trop souvent ;-)
