probléme avec un trojan qui bloque mes téléchargements !!

bonjour à tous !!
alors voila depuis quelques temps il m'est impossible de télécharger la moindre chose que ce soit sur mozilla ou explorer ! Depuis qu' A2 c'est supprimé tt seul je n'est que des soucis !! Et oui !! Impossible de le re-télécharger et impossible de le réinstallé a partir d'un cd car a chaque fois avast me signale trojan agent kk détecté !!! bizarre voire incompréhensible !!! Donc je ne plus rien télécharger ( logiciel,piéce jointe de mail ...) et quand je scanne avast ne détecte rien apparemment le trojan a étais supprimé mais les problémes sont toujours la !!
Je sait c'est bizzare, aidez moi SVP ! merci d'avance !

Bonjour

Télécharge les outils nécessaires que tu mets sur un CD.

Déconnecte toi du net. Désactive Avast et transfere les fichiers sur le PC.

1 Télécharge
CCleaner.

Installe le dans un répertoire dédié.

Ewido
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Tu l'installes.
Lance Ewido et clique sur le bouton Update (barre d'outils - au haut).
Sous Manual Update clique Start update. Patiente jusqu'à l'affichage "Update successful".

2 Redémarre en mode sans echec. Attention, tu n'as pas accès à internet dans ce mode, note bien ce que tu as à faire.
Démarre l'ordinateur.
Une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir. Appuye sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
En utilisant les touches du curseur, sélectionne Mode sans échec et appuye sur Entrée.

3 Lance le nettoyage avec CCleaner.

4 Lance Ewido.
Clique sur le bouton Scanner (de la barre d'outils) et ensuite clique sur Complete System Scan.
A la fin du scan, choisis l'option " Apply All Actions " en bas. Puis, Yes pour mettre en quarantaine.
Clique sur "Save Report", puis "Save Report As". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte. Assure-toi de le sauvegarder dans un endroit facile à retrouver.

5 Redémarre normalement et poste le rapport d'Ewido avec un log HijackThis v1.99.1

ok je vais essayé de télécharger tout cela à partir d'un autre pc et je ferais le nécessaire. Dès que c'est fait je poste les rapports !

quand je veux télécharger un logiciel ( hijackthis en l'occurence ) mozzilla m'affiche This object has been blocked. !! peux tu me dire si c'est l'action du trojan ?

Je pense que c'est mozilla qui bloque le téléchargement.
Vérifie les reglages.

Avec internet explorer j'ais le mm probléme je ne peux plus rien télécharger et pour les réglages j'ais déja tt vérifiés !! sniiif je suis désespérés !! et tt a commencé quand avast a détecté trojan.agent.kk qui n'apparait pas sur le scan ewidoo .

Bonjour

Sur un CD pour le transferer sur ton PC

Télécharge DrWeb
ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe
La version est automatiquement à jour.

Installe le.
Lance le.
Une analyse des processus se lance.
Ensuite, choisis le lecteur à scanner et lance l'analyse.

Poste le rapport

j'ai fait le scan et il m'a détecté trojan;downlader .
je n'arrive pas a poster le scan !
mes problémes sont tjrs la , qu'elle ..... !
en plus pas moyen d'installer hijackThis !
