[RESOLU] DIALER ITALIEN...SOS

Bonjour, j'ai depuis peu une pop up contenant un message en italie, s'affichant regulierement, et une autre fenetre toujours en italien...j'ai lu ici qu'il fallait faire un scan avec highjackthis et supprimer la ligne 020, seulement cette ligne n'apparait pas dans la liste

quelqu'un peut il m'aider à me debarrasser de cette ####rie, par avance merci
