Bonjour tout le monde.

Je sollicite l'aide d'experts en virus pour réparer mes petits problemes de pc.
Je suis infecté par différentes choses que je ne saurais pas nommer réellement.
Ca a pour nom pesttrap, spyfalcon, et pleins d'autres, ca change tout le temps.
En plus de ca j'ai régulierement des fenetres de pubs pour des sites de casino, ou des sites de rencontre qui s'ouvrent.

1/ Télécharge Télécharge Smitfraudfix
Dézippe-le sur le Bureau.
Ouvre le dossier SmitfraudFix et lance SmitfraudFix.cmd
Choisis l'Option 1 (Recherche)
Si tu vois des lignes avec PRESENT! Continue

Redémarre en mode sans échec.
2/ Relance SmitfraudFix et choisis cette fois l’Option 2 et réponds oui à chaque question
Sauvegarde puis poste le rapport.

3/ Poste un rapport Hijackthis

Permet de faire un peux de nettoyage et de verifier que tout est normal

1/CCleaner

Telecharge ccleaner sur ce site:
CCleaner
Il nettoie ton ordi de tout les fichiers temporaires inutiles.
Fais une analyse puis lance le nettoyage.

2/Ewido

Telecharge ewido sur ce site:
Ewido-Anti-Malware
Fais les mise a jour puis fais un scan , post le rapport et appuie sur Apply all actions pour supprimer les menaces.

j'avais bien fait 2 en mode sans echec. mauis j'avais fait mon rapport hijack en mode sans echec également.

ok tu peux faire ccleaner et ewido pour etre sur car le log est clean

merci beaucoup, c'est tellement simple de le faire quand quelqu'un explique. Ca m'empeche pas de ne rien avoir compris à ce que je faisais, mais bon, du moment que ca marche.

j'ai fait le nettoyage avec ccleaner
et ewido est en cours.

Par contre j'aimerais savoir ce qu'il faut faire pour éviter que ce genre de virus ne réapparaisse?

Passe un coup de Ccleaner puis:

Maintenant que ton problème semble résolu :

- Désactive puis ré-active la restauration du système

- Tu peux désinstaller/supprimer ces logiciels :

Ewido
Hijackthis
SmitfraudFix

- Garde Ccleaner pour un nettoyage des fichiers temporaires de temps en temps

Plusieurs règles doivent être obligatoirement respectées:

- Système parfaitement tenu à jour pour les éléments de catégorie critique, Service Packs et Service Releases
(Windows Update)
-> Installe donc le SP2

- 1 (et 1 seul) pare-feu bien paramétré, gratuit
par exemple ZoneAlarm
et son tutorial

- 1 (et 1 seul) antivirus résident bien paramétré et mis à jour régulièrement (quotidiennement s'il le faut)
avec un scan complet régulier (journalier s'il le faut), gratuit
par exemple Avast! Home Edition FREE avec souscription en ligne obligatoire
et son tutorial

- Antitroyen gratuit passé périodiquement, par exemple A².
Il est nécessaire de s'enregistrer pour bénéficier des mises à jour

- Antispywares/Antiadwares gratuits passés périodiquement, par exempleAd Aware SE Personal
et son tutorial
et Spybot Search and Destroy
et son tutorial

- Comportement prudent vis à vis de la navigation (pas de sites douteux : cracks, warez, sexe...)
et vis à vis de la messagerie (fichiers joints aux messages scannés avant d'être ouverts)

- Attitude vigilante quant aux dysfonctionnements de ton système.

- Maintenance hebdomadaire du système (suppression des fichiers inutiles, nettoyage de la base de registre, scandisk, defrag)

Tous ces programmes parfaitement mis à jour avant chaque utilisation.

Pour plus de précisions, je te conseille de lire la page Web "Lutte AntiMalware -prévention"

Ton navigateur (Internet Explorer) n'est pas des plus sécurisé:
Préfere le à Mozilla Firefox
et son tutorial

Si tu ne jure que par Internet Explorer il te faudra:

- Se protèger des ActiveX nuisibles avec Spyware Blaster et son tutorial

- Utiliser le fichier HOSTS

- Ajouter des sites à la zone sensible: IE-Spyad

Tu peux utiliser le logiciel Zeb Protect

- Afin de faire bouger les choses.
Inscris toi sur le forum MalWare Complaints.
Cela permettra de punir les auteurs.
Il te faut juste 30 sec le temps de poster ton témoignage.

Maintenant ton pc est sain et protégé.
