[Resolu] Urgent virus a l' attaque

:-( J' ai un gros probleme c' est que je suis sur d' avoir un virus voila les symptomes :
- sur mon bureau ya une icone avec ce nom (freeprodtb) .
- qand j' appui sur (ctrl,alt,suppr) le gestionnaire ne vient pas .
- qand j' appui sur (demarrer,executer,cmd ou regedit) un message apparait et me dis "ce fichier est utilisé par une autre application" .
- qand je fais dans ajout\suppression de programme il y a : command,toolbar888
- l' ordinateur est grandement ralentit au demarrage .
J ' utilise kaspesky comme antivirus . merci d' avance pour vos reponse ! :-o :-o

1/CCleaner

Telecharge ccleaner sur ce site:
CCleaner
Il nettoie ton ordi de tout les fichiers temporaires inutiles.
Fais une analyse puis lance le nettoyage.

2/Ewido

Telecharge ewido sur ce site:
Ewido-Anti-Malware
Fais les mise a jour puis fais un scan et post le rapport

3/ Poster le log Hijackthis:

Telecharge hijackthis sur ce site:
HijackThis
Creer un dossier a son nom , dezip le dedans.
Puis lance hijackthis , appuie sur do a system scan and save a logfile.
La un fichier bloc note va s ouvrir selectionne tout sont contenu et post le .

Merci de m' avoir repondu entre temp j' ai enlevé kaspesky et j' ai mis avast qui m' a trouvé un nid de virus ensuite j' ai scanné mon pc avec spybot search et destroy . je pense qui doit rester quelque cochonnerie dans mon pc . j' ai donc suivi tes instructions et voila :

je sais pas exploiter un scan comme ça mais je peux te dire une solution , fait une restauration du systeme à un jour anterieur et tu reviendra comme d'ab

Bonjour

La restauration n'effacera pas cette infection.

Prière d'imprimer ces instructions, ou de les coller dans un fichier texte, pour lecture durant ce fix.
Télécharge Look2Me-Destroyer.exe sur ton Bureau.
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=7

* Ferme toutes les fenêtres actives avant de passer à l'étape suivante.
* Double-clique Look2Me-Destroyer.exe afin de lancer l'outil.
* Coche Run this program as a task
* Un message s'affichera, te disant ceci : "Look2Me-Destroyer will close and re-open in approximately 1 minute". Clique OK
* Il se relancera après la minute, puis clique sur le bouton Scan for L2M; les icônes de ton Bureau vont disparaître : c'est normal.
* Lorsque le scan termine, clique sur le bouton Remove L2M
* Un message Done Scanning apparaîtra, clique OK.
* Un nouveau message s'affichera : Done removing infected files! Look2Me-Destroyer will now shutdown your computer; clique OK.
* Ton PC va maintenant s'éteindre.
* Démarre ton PC normalement.
* Colle le rapport généré, situé ici : C:\Look2Me-Destroyer.txt , ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse.

#Si Look2Me-Destroyer ne se relance pas automatiquement après la minute, redémarre et essaie à nouveau.

il faut aussi que avec ewido quand tu a fait le scan tu appuie sur Apply all actions => Delete (ca va supprimer les menaces detecter sinon aucune utilité)

Plus de signe d'infection dans ce rapport.

Fais une analyse antivirus en ligne sur BitDefender

Je ne peux pas faire le scan avec bitdefender car j' ai desinstallé i.e sans faire expres .

Qan j' ai decidé de le telecharger y avait ecrit quej' avais une cle piraté alor que je l' ai acheté en magasin j' ai donc decidé d' acheter windows xp home edition avec une cle et je voudrais savoir comment tout formater pr installer windows xp. merci d' avance ! 8-)

une chose est sur c'est un logiciel espion pour ca il te faudrait :
1 antispiware
2 un logiciel qui elimine les logiciels espions

j'ai un conseil a te donner:
en lisant ton rapport j'ai decouvert:
1 le virus vient par msn messenger
2 j'ignore le site mais pour le decouvrir:
va sur:
http://www.google.fr
puis ecrit: espace wanadoo
essaie tous les liens et si ta memoire te dit que tu es passé par l'un d'eux tu en conclu que c'est de la d'ou vient le logiciel
et il ya de forte chances que ca soit un spyware

Tu n'as pas bien lu ce que j'ai dit ;-)

Citation :
