3) Va dans l'ajout/suppression de programe de windows et désinstalle, si il y est ce programme :

- webHancer

4) Redémarre en Mode sans échec (tapote la touche F8 au démarrage du systeme) et supprime ce fichier :

C:/Program files/WebHancer


II) Pour faire le ménage et accélerer l'ordinateur :


1) Télécharge Ccleaner, fais un log et supprime tous ce qu'il te trouve
Avec son Tuto explicatif

2) Télécharge Tune Up Utilities 2006 (Tu dispose de 30 jours d'essais). Va dans l'onglet: "Nettoyage et réparation" et fais des scans avec: " TuneUp Diskcleaner " et avec " TuneUp RegistryCleaner".

III) Vérification de l'ordinateur par des antivirus et anti malwares :


1) Télécharge Ewido mets le à jour et fais un scan en mode sans échec (tapote la touche F8 au démarage de ton ordinateur). Redémarre normalement et post le log.

2) Télécharge A²(qui nessecite un enregistrement sur le web). Fais un scan et supprime tous ce qu'il trouve.

3) Télécharge Spybot Search And Destroy; Son tuto explicatif pour t'aider à l'utiliser. Fais un scan et clique ensuite sur : "corriger les problèmes".

4) Fais un scan antivirus en ligne Kaspersky; son tuto et post le rapport


IV) Refais un log HijackThis :


** Télécharge HijackThis et clique sur "Do a system scan only". A la fin du scan fait "save log" et enregistre le sur ton bureau,post le ensuite en fesant un copier-coller

Donc apres tous ce qu'a dit freeman206 on va s'attaquer à l'infection Look2Me :

Prière d'imprimer ces instructions, ou de les coller dans un fichier texte, pour lecture durant ce fix. Regarde bien les trois petites notes au bas, avant de débuter.

Télécharge Look2Me-Destroyer.exe sur ton Bureau.

* Ferme toutes les fenêtres actives avant de passer à l'étape suivante.
* Double-clique Look2Me-Destroyer.exe afin de lancer l'outil.
* Coche Run this program as a task
* Un message s'affichera, te disant ceci : "Look2Me-Destroyer will close and re-open in approximately 10 seconds". Clique OK
* Il se relancera après les 10 secondes, puis clique sur le bouton Scan for L2M; les icônes de ton Bureau vont disparaître : c'est normal.
* Lorsque le scan termine, clique sur le bouton Remove L2M
* Un message Done Scanning apparaîtra, clique OK.
* Un nouveau message s'affichera : Done removing infected files! Look2Me-Destroyer will now shutdown your computer; clique OK.
* Ton PC va maintenant s'éteindre.
* Démarre ton PC normalement.
* Colle le rapport généré, situé ici : C:\Look2Me-Destroyer.txt , ainsi qu'un rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse.

#Si Look2Me-Destroyer ne se relance pas automatiquement après les 10 secondes, redémarre et essaie à nouveau.

##Si tu reçois un message de ton parefeu que l'outil tente d'accéder à l'internet : accepte.

###Si un message runtime error '339' s'affiche : télécharge MSWINSCK.OCX du lien ci-bas, et place-le dans le dossier C:\Windows\System32.

Une derniere precision le rapport hijackthis a ete fait biensur apres toutes les autres manipulations idiquées si dessus.

Esque quelques chose resterai a faire?

Je dois dire que depuis l'application de look2me, le pc reagie plus vite et ces salo...de pub internet abituellement impossibe a fermer (sauf par alt f4)n'apparaissent plus.
Serais ce la fin de nos soucis.

En attendant votre reponse, je tiens encoreune foi a vous remercier, ca fait plaisir de voir que les pros de l'informatique ne sont pas tous a la solde des grandes industries informatiques sans scrupule.
