Bonjour, depuis que j'ai eu un virus dans ma boîte E Mail il y à plusieurs mois, réparé avec l'antivirus AVG, chaque fois que je suis sur INTERNET et surtout dans la première demi heure, je reçois une quantité de publicités à caractère porno qui me ralentisse la recherche en cours et que je dois fermer sans arrêt. Merci si vous pouvez me donner une solution pour me débarasser de ce fléau.
Probablement un spyware. Fais un scan avec Hijackthis et poste-le ici.
Merci pour ta réponse, mais je suis une grand mère qui s'est mise à l'informatique et tous ces problèmes me fatiguent, donc tu parles de HIJACKTHIS, je ne connais pas mais si ça peut marcher pouquoi pas seulement j'ai déjà l'antivirus AVG+AD AWARE+KERIO est -ce qu'il n'y aura pas de problèmes je veux dire d'incompatibilité avec tout ça. MERCI pour ton indulgence, je risque si tu le permets te soumettre d'autres quetions car j'ai pas mal de petis soucis.
Tu peux déjà faire un scan avec ad aware si tu ne l'as pas fait. Peut-être qu'il trouvera et enlèvera les spywares en question.
L'avantage de Hijackthis est que tu peux créer un log (un rapport) et le copier-coller ici. Ainsi on pourra regarder ce qui n'est pas net sur ton PC.
Télécharge-le (tu as un lien à gauche de l'écran) et dès que c'est fait lance-le. Clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile". A la fin il t'affichera un fichier texte : copie le contenu et colle-le ici.
Il n'y a aucun risque d'incompatibilité ne t'inquiète pas. Ce programme est très utile pour trouver de l'aide sur Internet. Garde-le précieusement.

Effectivement y'a des cochonneries là dedans. Pas de panique on va s'en débarrasser.
Démarre en mode sans échec (en tapotant la touche F8 au démarrage du PC).
Relance un scan et coche les lignes suivantes.

Après ça refais un scan et reposte le pour voir si Hijackthis a bien dégagé ces vilaines bébêtes.
Bon, avant de faire des bétises, déjà je n'ai pas de trace de HITACKHIS,je croyais le retrouver ou sur le bureau ou dans tous les programmes, je le croyais telecharger, donc comment je relance le scan, et comment je vais trouver les lignes que tu me dis et ou je coche. Si tu en à assez de moi laisse tomber car comme je te le dis je ne connais rien, mais ça me plait d'avancer etça peut toujours srvir, déjà j'ai pu te coller le rapport je n'avais jamis fait ça. Si néanmoins tu ne le retrouves pas re-télécharge-le ça ne change rien.
Refais un scan comme la dernière fois mais en cliquant "do a system scan only" (car on n'a pas besoin du rapport). Là tu recherches les lignes que je t'ai indiqué et tu les coches. Ensuite tu cliques sur "Fix checked" pour réparer les erreurs cochées.
Ensuite pour vérifier que tout est bien réparé tu refais un scan comme je t'ai expliqué la première fois (en choisissant bien "do a system scan and save a logfile" ) et tu postes le rapport.
Apres tu pourras faire un scan avec ewido et poster on log:

il faut faire attention aux sites que l'on visite, ou alors bien se protéger. c'est un conseil si tu ne veux plus d'ennui de ce genre.
Donc, j'ai essayé comme tu m'a dit, sauf que je n'ai pas su mettre en mode sans echec (tapoter f8). Je t'envoie ce que je peux.Mais ça ne sera pas possible car contrairement à ce matin sur ce qui me reste du scan je n'ai pas de barre d'etat pour faire copier coller et là vraiment je ne sais plus m'en sortir, bonne soirée et à plus tard.
Pour pouvoir poster le rapport il faut bien choisir "do a system scan and save a logfile". A la fin du scan tu cliques n'importe où dans le rapport, tu fais Ctrl (+) A pour tout sélectionner. Puis tu copies et colles comme d'habitude.

Alors soit tu as oublié de la cocher (y'en avait tellement) soit il s'est réincrusté de lui-même.
Relance un scan, coche uniquement cette ligne puis clique sur "Fix checked".
Il faut aussi penser à te protéger pour ne plus être infectée. Sinon toutes ces cochonneries vont revenir très vite. Perso j'utilise "Windows Defender" comme protection permanente contre les spywares (le simple nom de Windows va en faire hurler plus d'un) et je passe un coup de Spybot S&D de temps en temps pour virer ce que Defender aurait laissé passer. Les deux sont gratuits.
Côté antivirus j'ai vu que tu avais AVG. En gratuit je ne sais pas ce qu'il ya de mieux : AVG ou Avast, je laisse les connaisseurs se prononcer. Si tu veux le must il faut acheter Kaspersky.
Enfin tu as un firewall c'est bien garde-le.
En résumé il te faut un firewall + un antivirus + 2 ou 3 antispywares gratuits dont un en protection permanente (et non pour un simple scan de temps en temps). Et tout ça à mettre à jour régulièrement.
Et télécharge Firefox comme navigateur, il est plus sûr qu'Internet Explorer et simple à utiliser.
e viens de refaire le scan j'ai bien coché la ligne concerné mais impossible ça ne part pas. Peut être que comme je ne sais pas faire mode sans échec .

Dans Hijackthis choisis :
"Open the Misc Tools section"
puis "delete a file on reboot"
là tu sélectionnes le fichier mp3tout dans le dossier C:\Documents and Settings\1\Application Data et tu cliques sur ouvrir.
Puis quand Hijacthis te demandes si tu veux redémarrer réponds oui.
Hijackthis devrait supprimer le fichier mp3tout.exe pendant le démarrage de ton PC. Dès que le PC a démarré refais une analyse et poste le rapport.

Il faudrait que tu fasses un scan en mode sans échec et que tu coches la ligne dans ce mode.
Je ne suis pas capable de faire en mode sans echec. Je viens d'essayer au depart du PC F8 d'ccord jusue là mais quand j'ai eu l'écran noir avec tout ce qu'il y a d'écrit je n'ai pas de flèche pour sélectionner et j'ai paniqué donc tant pis pour cette ligne je pense que ce n'est pas très grave; J'ai toujours les publicitès porno au départ d'IE pendant la première demi heure après ça va mieux . Dis moi est-ce que je garde installer HIJACKTHIS est-il en activité ou sert t-il qu'à la demande. J'ai un autre problème qui celui là est récent 2 semaines, je ne peux plus me connecter à IE comme d'habitude il m'affiche la page blanche et la veille de ce problème j'ai trouvé sur le bureau un carré blanc je crois (bloc note) disant hs-err-pid3648 An unexpected error has been detecd by hot spot virtual machine exeption access-violation(0x0000005) java VM:hotspt(TM) ect. Comme j'ai un compteur avec le fournisseur d'accés je peux dorénavant me connecter par ce compteur, sinon je me demande comment je ferai que s'est-il passé y a t-il un rapport avec l'erreur affiché j'ignore.
hijackthis ne sert qu'à la demande. garde-le de côté il peut toujours servir comme tu l'as vu.
Pour démarrer en mode sans échec tu étais bien partie. Quand tu as le menu tu choisis "mode sans échec", si besoin est tu utilises les flèches haut et bas de ton clavier. N'aie pas peur tu ne risques rien. C'est juste une façon de démarrer Windows sans toutes ses options.
Il vaut mieux que tu enlèves ce truc.
Et surtout ne continue pas à surfer sur le web avant d'avoir pris les précautions dont je parlais plus haut. Sinon tu vas rechoper les mêmes trucs voire pire.
Pour ce qui est de ton problème avec Internet explorer cela semble provenir de Java mais je ne peux t'en dire plus.

Je suis d'autant plus inquiète car ce que tu me dis pour me protéger je l'ai mais je pense que ç'est peut être mal installé ou configuré que sais-je; CJe suis obligée c'est vrai de désactiver KERIO pour ouvrir certaines choses , on m'a installé tout ça, je fais bien les scans, mais à croire que ça ne va pas, surtout que je ne vois pas ou j'attrape tous ça, vu que je pratique juste google ma boîte Mail,rien que du classique je ne télécharge pas de musique je ne sais même pas. Je ne sais pas me servir de Kerio vu que j'utilise son concurrent ZonaAlarm. Mais en principe tu ne dois pas désactiver ton firewall. tu dois pouvoir luyi dire d'accepter telle out telle connexion et de refuser telle autre.
Il te faut aussi un antispyware. Comme aucun ne me paraît 100% efficace j'ai installé ad-aware (en anglais mais il existe un patch français), Windows Defender (en anglais) et Spybot. Ils sont tous gratuits. Je met Windows Defender en surveillance continue et je fais un scan de temps en temps avec les autres. Avec ça je n'ai plus de spyware.
Je sais que tu as ad-aware mais il t'en faut un qui protège ton PC en permanence et pas seulement pour faire un scan de temps en temps. Ad-Aware, en version gratuite en tous cas, ne peut faire que des scans. Il ne peut donc agir qu'une fois ton PC infecté.
As-tu installé le service pack 2 de XP? Pour savoir regarde dans le panneaud e configuration si tu vois l'icône "Centre de Sécurité". Il est important de faire les mises à jour de Windows. Les fais-tu régulièrement?
Bonjour, je ne t'ai pas oublié, en tout cas je te remerçie pour ton suivi, j'ai appris des chose que je n'aurai pas inventé et ça pourra me servir. Dans centre de sécurité tout à l'air OK les mises à jour se font quand on me les signale mais je ne trouve pas si j'ai vraiment le pack2 de xp Pour les outils de sécurité je pense qu'il faudra avoir recours à un technicien sur place qui me remettra tous ça d'équerre.
