bonjour a tous je pense que mon pc est infecté par le virus backtera virus ouautre chose pouvez vous m'aider a enlever ce virus ou autres de mon pc, merci.

Bonsoir,

Plusieurs infections dont look2me :

Télécharge Look2Me-Destroyer.exe et mets-le sur ton Bureau.
Note ou imprime les instructions qui suivent avant de commencer :

> Ferme toutes les fenêtres actives avant de continuer.
> Double-clique sur Look2Me-Destroyer.exe afin de lancer l'outil.
> Coche Run this program as a task
Un message indiquera que Look2Me-Destroyer.exe va se fermer et se relancer dans moins d'une 1 min. Clique sur OK
> Lorsque Look2Me-Destroyer s'ouvre à nouveau clique sur le bouton Scan for L2M
> Le bureau va disparaître. C'est normal.
> Une fois le scan terminé, un message Done Scanning apparaîtra, clique sur OK.
> Ensuite clique sur le bouton Remove L2M
> Un message s'affichera : Done removing infected files! Look2Me-Destroyer will now shutdown your computer ; clique sur OK.
> Ton PC va ensuite s'éteindre.
> Redémarre ton PC normalement.
> Colle le rapport généré Look2Me-Destroyer.txt

> Enfin poste un nouveau rapport HJT.

Imprime ces instructions, ou colle les dans un fichier texte.
Regarde bien l'indication en bas, avant de commencer la procédure.
Télécharge Look2Me-Destroyer.exe sur ton Bureau.

. Ferme toutes les fenêtres actives.
. Lance l'outil Look2Me-Destroyer.exe.
. Coche Run this program as a task
. Un message s'affichera :
"Look2Me-Destroyer will close and re-open in approximately 1 minute"-> OK
. Il se relancera après la minute, puis appuie sur le bouton Scan for L2M.
. Les icônes de ton Bureau vont disparaître.
. Le scan termine, clique sur Remove L2M
. Un nouveau message Done Scanning apparaîtra, clique sur OK.
. Suivi de Done removing infected files! Look2Me-Destroyer will now shutdown your computer -> OK.
. Ton PC va s’éteindre.
. Démarre ton PC normalement.
. Colle le rapport généré, situé ici : C:\Look2Me-Destroyer.txt ,ainsi qu'un rapport HijackThis.

Si Look2Me-Destroyer ne se relance pas automatiquement après la minute, redémarre et essaie à nouveau.

puis --> Do a system scan only
coche les lignes indiquées ci-dessous
puis --> Fix checked
puis oui à la question de confirmation

Redémarre en mode sans échec, (en tapotant F8 au démarrage).
Assures-toi que tu as accès aux fichiers cachés.
-Explorateur windows->outils->options des dossiers->affichage
"Afficher les fichiers cachés"->coché
"Masquer les extensions.."->décoché
"Masquer les fichiers protégers du système"->décoché

Supprimes manuellement les fichiers suivants:
C:\WINDOWS\TWF0dGhpZXUgQ2F1Y2h5\command.exe
C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE
Vide ta corbeille.
Redémarre ton pc.

Telecharge ewido sur ce site:

Fais les mise a jour puis fais un scan et post le rapport

1/ Télécharge et installe CCleaner

2/ Télécharge, installe et mets à jour ewido
Lors de l'installation, décoche les 2 cases "Install background guard" et "Install scan via context menu"

3/ Redémarre en mode sans échec (Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)
Attention tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode donc note ou imprime les consignes qui suivent.

4/ Lance HijackThis
puis --> Do a system scan only
coche les lignes indiquées ci-dessous
puis --> Fix checked
puis oui à la question de confirmation

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: pushow36.dll

O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\TWF0dGhpZXUgQ2F1Y2h5\command.exe

5/ Assure-toi que tu as accès aux fichiers cachés.
(Démarrer->Poste de travail->Outils->Options des dossiers...->Affichage
"Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés" ->coché
"Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu" ->décoché
"Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation" ->décoché)

6/ ensuite supprime les fichiers et/ou dossiers suivants si présents :

C:\Documents and Settings\Propriétaire\Bureau\defender23.exe --> si tu connais pas
C:\keyboard23.exe
C:\newname23.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\w057fa95.dll
C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\qzwm\ --> le dossier
C:\WINDOWS\TWF0dGhpZXUgQ2F1Y2h5\ --> le dossier

7/ Supprime le service infectieux comme ceci :

Démarrer/Exécuter/ tape sc delete cmdService puis Entrée

8/ Lance CCleaner puis bouton Analyse ensuite Bouton Lancer le Nettoyage

9/ Lance ewido (Scan complet du système) et supprime tout ce qu'il trouve. Sauvegarde le rapport sur le bureau.

10/ Relance HijackThis
Clique sur le bouton Open the Misc Tools Section
Clique sur Delete a file on reboot...
Dans "Nom du fichier :" colle C:\WINDOWS\system32\pushow36.dll puis clique sur Ouvrir
À la question "Voulez-vous redémarrer maintenant ?" clique sur Oui

11/ Après redémarrage poste le rapport d'ewido ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

la plupart des lignes ayant un nom aleatoire sont mauvaise d apres ce que je vois , jy ferais attention merci.

Sinon je cherche un site qui montrerais les infection possible avec le moyens de le detecter manuellement ou via hijackthis, si tu connais un bon lien

1/ Télécharge Smitfraudfix
siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php
Dézippe-le sur le Bureau.
Ouvre le dossier SmitfraudFix et lance SmitfraudFix.cmd
Choisis l'Option 1 (Recherche)
Si tu vois des lignes avec PRESENT! Continue

2/ Redémarre en mode sans échec (Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)

Relance SmitfraudFix et choisis cette fois l’Option 2 et réponds oui à chaque question
Sauvegarde puis poste le rapport.

3/ Poste un rapport Hijackthis

Telecharge ccleaner sur ce site:
www.infos-du-net.com/telecharger/CCleaner.html
Il nettoie ton ordi de tout les fichiers temporaires inutiles.
Fais une analyse puis lance le nettoyage.

Fais les mise a jour puis fais un scan et post le rapport
