System Alert: Spyware Detected...

J'ai un "spyware" qui s'est installer dans mon ordi et je suis incapable de trouver la solution pour m'en débarasser.

voici le problème...
il y a 2 icones qui se sont installer sur mon bureau,

"Online Security Guide" et "Security Troubleshooting"

de plus, dans la barre des taches, j'ai un triangle jaune avec un point d'exclamation et une bulle disant:

"System Alert: Spyware Detected System has detected 4 active spyware applications that may cause your computer to crash and restart, slow it to a crawl and even shut down it entirely. click the icon to get rid of unwanted spyware."

et aussi, la page d'acceuil de mon explorer est maintenant a:

"http://www.perfectedsecurity.com/"

Meme Microsoft antispyware ne peux rien faire pour cela.J'ai meme essayer (meme si je savait que ce n'etais pas un virus) un scan avec Norton sans rien de plus.

J'aimerais BEAUCOUP m'en debarasser.
Est ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution ou suggestion a ce probleme??

Supprime ton adresse, il y a des risques. Tu édites ton message et tu l'effaces.

* Télécharge
SmitfraudFix de S!Ri:
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php
Tu le dézippes sur le Bureau.

Ewido
http://www.ewido.net/fr/download/
Tu l'installes et tu le mets à jour.

* Tu ouvres SmitfraudFix, tu double cliques sur SmitfraudFix.cmd et tu choisis l’option 1
Postes le rapport.

* Redémarre en mode sans échec. Attention, tu n'as pas accès à internet dans ce mode, note bien ce que tu as à faire.
Démarres l'ordinateur.
Une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir. Appuyes sur la touche F8 ou F5 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
En utilisant les touches du curseur, sélectionnes le mode sans échec approprié et appuyes sur Entrée.

* Relances SmitfraudFix et choisis cette fois l’option 2 et réponds oui à tout.

* Lance Ewido. Fais un scan en mode complet.
Sauvegardes le rapport.

* Redémarres normalement et communiques le deuxième rapport de SmitfraudFix, celui d'Ewido avec un rapport HijackThis v1.99.1

1/ Télécharge Smitfraudfix
Dézippe-le sur le Bureau.
Ouvre le dossier SmitfraudFix et lance SmitfraudFix.cmd
Choisis l'Option 1 (Recherche)
Si tu vois des lignes avec PRESENT! Continue

2/ Redémarre en mode sans échec (Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)

Relance SmitfraudFix et choisis cette fois l’Option 2 et réponds oui à chaque question
Sauvegarde puis poste le rapport.

3/ Poste un rapport Hijackthis

J'ai un probléme avec smitfraudfix, quand je suis en mode sans échec, je choisit l'option 2 et là une fenêtre bleu aparrait il y a écrit "supression des fichiers infectés" et aprés elle disparait et j'ai un écran noir puis plus rien...Sa peut venir d'où ?
