Today, let's see the recipe of crepe. I choose to teach you this because I love crepe particularly at the moment of the chandleur even if it’s already passed. I like specially crepes, specialities of Brittany. I hardly ever cook and yet, to me, to do cooking is very chore (?? connais pas ce mot). But, I said to me that it was a chance to learn and to practise this recipe.
Before beginning, you have to prepare ustensils :
§ A bowl
§ A whisk or a mixer
§ A dipper
§ A skillet
§ A wooden spoon
§ A plate
You need for the paste of the crepes, the following components :
§ 250 gram of flavour
§ 3 eggs
§ One half-litre of milk
§ 30 gram of butter
§ A pinch of salt
§ Oil
Now, you can make the paste. First, put the 250 gram of flavour in the bowl, add salt and 30 gram of butter. Break 3 eggs and add milk little to little in mixing the all. You can add rum or whisky.
Leave aside during 30 minutes to one hour.
A second solution to make a paste of crepes is this bottle. You have a mix inside and you fill with milk up to the line. Then, shut up the bottle and shake during one minute. Add a second time milk to fill in the bottle. Shake during 30 seconds. Paste is ready!

Then, for cook,
Do to warm the skillet (comprends pas). Lubricate and put a dipper of paste of crepes in the skillet. When it has a colour yellow-brown, you turn down the crepe with the wooden spoon or you can sauté the crepe. When it is ready, you put it in the plate and you restart with a new crepe.
To eat,
You can eat sweet or salted, as you wish
