Bonjour à tous, je suis nouveau membre et je souhaiterais avoir vos conseils.
Je suis infecté par le virus "trojan.downloader.vb.sx" et bitdefender 9 dit qu'il ne peut pas le desinfecter ni le déplacer.
Pouvez-vous me donner un conseil ?

Je sais pas du tout mais moi j'utilise pas bitdefender 9 depuis que sa me faisais ramer comme un dingue.. le pire c'est qu'il veut même pas se désintaller maintenant.. louche! :-(

tu peux faire un scan en ligne sur le site de bitdefender, par contre ça prends du temps mais ils éradiquent ce qu'ils trouvent.

Dézippe-le et mets-le dans un dossier specifique (exemple : ..\Bureau\Hijackthis\Hijackthis.exe )
Lance-le
Clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile" et poste le rapport avec copier/coller

Je ne vois rien d'infectieux dans ce rapport, à part éventuellement cette ligne :
O20 - Winlogon Notify: avldr - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\avldr.dll
elle correspond à Panda Titanium Antivirus, mais si tu l'as jamais installé, elle est très suspecte.
Fais un scan en ligne chez kaspersky (avec Internet Explorer) et poste le rapport.

Les virus localisés dans C:\System Volume Information\_restore{...
sont dans les points de restauration du système c'est pourquoi il faut désactiver la restauration du système pour supprimer ces points de restauration (clic droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/restauration du système/cocher la case : désactiver la restauration du système)
puis réactive-la

1) Relance Hijackthis, coche toutes ces lignes et appuie sur Fix Checked :

2) Fais un Ctrl+Alt+Suppr et termine le processus se nommant winsysban12.exe
3) Supprime ce fichier :

J'aurais une derniere question concernant les anti-virus, faut-il preferer Kaspersky à Bitdefender9, ou bien dois je garder Bitdefender comme protection principale.

Perso je préfère Kaspersky à BitDefender :
1/ Taux de détection supérieur
2/ Meilleure capacité à erradiquer
3/ Kaspersky fonctionne en mode sans échec mais pas BitDefender, ce qui est vraiment regrettable.
