bonjour, j ai un souci pour je ne sais quelle raison mon pc s éteint lorsqu il commence a trop travailler j ai fait un scan avec secuser.com et rien n a été detecté. merci de voler a mon secours.....

as-tu vérifier la température de ton pc ?, les portables ont tendances à trop chauffer...
il s'eteint ou redemare ? t'as XP ?
si oui et qu'il redemarre, c'est qu'il se passe surement une erreur ou que ton processeur chauffe peut-être trop. Comment ça quand il travaille ? il se met à charger comme un fou à n'importe quel moment ou est-ce que c'est quand tu lance une application lourde , une application en particulier ?
t'as fait le necessaire niveau analyse ?
mon ventilateur tourne fort, mon ordi s'eteint quand une grosse application tourne au bout de quelques minutes...mais je ne sais pas comment verifier la temperature du processeur...

Bon as-tu overcloké ton processeur ? As-tu utilisé un logiciel Boosteur de windows denierement que je déconseille à tout le monde ça fout la merde !
sinon je dout que ce soit un probleme de virus, au cas où poste aussi sur le forum hardware.

overclocké ? c'est un laptop je ne penses pas qu'il l'ai overclocké, lol
heu justement je ne sais pas ce qu'est qu'un laptop mais je doute que ce soit un problème viral, maintenant si tu peux me dire ce qu'est qu'un laptop stp ^^

j'ai fait tourne speedfan, il ne s'arrete pas et ne va pas au bout de son analyse, il recommence tout le temps et m'affiche hbo:38
bizarre cette histoire... normalement la mise à jour des températures ne prend que quelques secondes.
je pense que ce que tu as vu c'est hd0 et non hbo, c'est la température de ton disque dur....
mais normalement tu devrais pouvoir voir les autres températures et notamment celle de ton processeur en temp1
est-ce que ça a commencé à te faire ça il y a longtemps ou c'est récent ? est-ce après l'installation d'un logiciel ?
peux tu regarder dans les processus si tu n'as pas un programme qui te bouffe un max temps processeur ?

j'ai installe recemment voipstunt, j'ai aussi skype.
pour ce que tu me demandes de regarder, je suis un peu bloque quand a la procedure a suivre
pour voir tes processus, il faut que tu fasses ctrl+alt+suppr et ensuite tu cliques sur gestionnaire des tâches, ensuite onglet Processus...
tu pourras voir tous les processus en activité ainsi que l'utilisation de ton processeur(UC utilisée) ainsi que celle de ta mémoire(charge dédiée)

j'ai regarde les processus en activite, il y en a un qui prend 62748 ko qui s'appelle AVENGINE.EXE dont le nom de l'utilisateur est SYSTEM, sinon mon uc utilisee tourne a 6% et ma charge dediee est de 495 mo... merci pour tous ces renseignements...
ça me semble correcte même s'il me semble que ton antivirus qui doit être panda antivirus(avengine.exe) consomme un peu trop de mémoire.
as-tu essayer de faire un scan en ligne pour voir si tu n'as pas un virus ou un trojan sur ton ordi

c'est bien panda que j'ai ! par contre, comme d'habitude, j'ai commence le scan en ligne que tu m'as conseille et au bout de 5 minutes, mon ordi s'est eteint ! ça fait pareil avec n'importe quel scan en ligne, il ne va jamais au bout, il s'eteint...

ensuite lances le et clique sur "do a system scan and save a logfile"
ensuite poste le rapport qu'il te donne pour qu'on voit ce qui tourne

voilà, mais je crois pas que ton problème vienne de là...
à moins que ça soit un problème matériel mais là je peux rien faire de plus..
ok, j'essaye ce que tu me demandes et si c'est un probleme materiel, faut que je trouve un reparateur competent !

Pour speedfan perso je dois quitter skype sinon il foire la plus par du temps.. essaye on sait jamais
