Big Bug. (Opus 2) Hijackthis interpretation besoin aide

Bonsoir à vous.

I y a quelues jours j'ai résolu un probleme: (Norton bloqué+modem fonctionne mais connexion impossible+dans option internet: onglet 'connexion' figé voir plante le pc). Une personne m'a indiquée la procédure suivante: services.msc, directservice: arreter et desactiver. effacer la ligne.
J'ai pu supprimer Norton, l'onglet connexion ne bug plus mais je ne peux pas me connecter via wireless: (quan j'active l'onglet sansfil il affiche une bulle activé puis aussitot ca redevient 'désactiver '.Impossible de reparer non plus.

Cela a-t-il un lien avec le proleme précédent?
