The tobacco harms health seriously. A lot of people estimates that to smoke between one and four cigarettes per day is practically nothing. They think to be protected by the hazards from the tobacco. A Norwegian investigation revealed that to smoke, even very little, increases the risk to die of heart disease and lung cancer.
This study was undertaken on volunteers, who were followed regularly. On the one hand, according to the investigation, the number of deaths per heart attack and lung cancer increase proportionally with the level of consumption. In other, these statistics show that the effects of the tobacco on health are the same ones for a "small smoker" and a "large smoker", especially for the 40 year old people.
this study, which began in the Seventies, reveal that there was little evolution in the consumption of tobacco at these volunteers. Therefore, vis-a-vis with this investigation, it is necessary that the governments adopt strict measures because the health of each one is concerned.
