Bonjour tout le monde,

J'ai un problème avec mon PC. Un spyware s'est installé. Quand je veux redémarrer mon Pc en mode sans échec, j'ai un message d'erreur et donc impossible de le redémarrer en mode échec. J'ai une fenêtre virus alert qui s'ouvre dans ma barre des tâches et pas moyen de 'lenlever.

J'ai déjà lancé smitfraud et hijackthis mais le problème est toujours là.

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Lance un nettoyage Ccleaner
Fais des scans (en fera sans le mode sans echec) Ewido-Spybot-Ad Aware
Enfin poste un rapport Hijackthis
