Bonjour,

Norton a détecté Trojan.Vundo dans : C:\WINDOWS\System32\mljjk.dll

J'ai déjà consulté quelques messages concernant ce sujet ici, mais je ne parviens pas à le supprimer. Pouvez-vous me guider svp?

1/ Redémarres en mode sans échec

2/ Relances HijackThis et coches ces lignes puis appuyes sur Fix Checked :

4/ Supprimes ces fichiers :

5/Redémarrer normalement

Redémarre normalement l'ordinateur.

6/ Remettre la configuration de l'affichage des fichiers comme avant

Dans l'explorateur de Windows (par ex) :
Outils -> Options des dossier -> onglet Affichage
Remet tout comme avant (si tu affichais déjà tous les fichiers, ne change rien).

Décoche : Afficher les fichiers cachés
Coche : Masquer les extensions des types connus
Coche : Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation

9/ Nettoyer les traces avec CCleaner et Kaspersky

Fais des analyses avec CCleaner et Kaspersky.

Pour ton infection de type Vundo fait ceci :

1/ Télécharge VundoFix.exe et mets-le sur le bureau.

2/ Double-clic sur VundoFix.exe
Cela créera un dossier VundoFix sur le bureau

3/ Redémarre en mode sans échec (Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)
Attention tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode donc note ou imprime les consignes qui suivent.

4/ Ouvre le dossier VundoFix et double-clic sur KillVundo.bat
Tu auras cet avertissement :

Appuie sur la touche Entrée
Ensuite tu auras ce texte :

Ensuite appuie sur la touche Entrée, puis sur la touche F6, puis à nouveau sur la touche Entrée

Ensuite tu auras ce texte :

Ensuite HijackThis va s'ouvrir.
puis --> Do a system scan only
coche les lignes indiquées ci-dessous
puis --> Fix checked
puis oui à la question de confirmation

Ensuite ferme Hijackthis et appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
Cela provoquera un écran bleu d'erreur Windows, c'est normal !

5/Reposter un log

Relances HijackThis. Choisi Do a system scan and save a logfile.
Et repostes nous ton nouveau log en nous précisant les étapes que tu n'as pas réussi.

Re, le fichier mljjk.dll est tjs sur mon PC, et PC hyper ralenti.
Sinon, j'ai réussi à supprimer tous les autres fichiers.

Bonsoir,

refais cette manip :

1/ Télécharge VundoFix.exe et mets-le sur le bureau.

2/ Double-clic sur VundoFix.exe
Cela créera un dossier VundoFix sur le bureau

3/ Redémarre en mode sans échec (Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)
Attention tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode donc note ou imprime les consignes qui suivent.

4/ Ouvre le dossier VundoFix et double-clic sur KillVundo.bat
Tu auras cet avertissement :

Appuie sur la touche Entrée
Ensuite tu auras ce texte :

coche les lignes indiquées ci-dessous si présentes
puis --> Fix checked
puis oui à la question de confirmation

5/ ensuite supprime les fichiers et/ou dossiers suivants si présents :

C:\WINDOWS\System32\ywin32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\fwnet64.exe

Fais ceci :
Démarrer/Exécuter/ tape sc delete fwnet puis Entrée

6/ Lance CCleaner puis bouton Analyse ensuite Bouton Lancer le Nettoyage

7/ Redémarre normalement et poste un nouveau rapport HijackThis pour vérif.

J'ai suivi toutes les étapes. Norton m'affiche toujours la présence des 2 virus MSNAV32.exe et MSJP32.exe.

Le rapport HJT ne révèle plus rien d'infectieux.

précise l'emplacement où Norton détecte MSNAV32.exe et MSJP32.exe.

et tu peux faire ce que TheKing_Aragorn propose, càd un rapport de Kaspersky online scanner.

J'ai réussi à supprimer tous les virus en mode sans échec. Norton ne détecte plus aucun virus.
Quand je fais l'analyse du PC avec Kaspersky, il se bloque au niveau des 33%.
Et le PC est toujours lent.
Précisez-moi si je dois poster à nouveau un log HJT, merci.

mon PC a l'air de fonctionner beaucoup mieux, je pense que c'était tout simplement ralenti à cause des 3 antivirus sur mon PC : Norton, avast et Kaspersky ;-)

J'ai fait un scan avec ewido, il y avait encore pas mal de virus.
Que me conseillez-vous pour me protéger au mieux?
En sachant que j'ai déjà Norton 2003, avast, Ad-Aware.
