Ma carte graphique ne se met pas a jour ati radeon pour windows 7

j'ai un portable toshiba satellite a500 windows 7 et une carte graphique ati radeon hd 4600 serie
Le problème est que la mis a jour de la carte grapique qui data de decembre 2009 n'est pas prise en compte par celle ci jai tjs la version de juillet 2009; l'autre probleme c'est que quand je met un jeux ou un dvd, 10 minutes apres l'utilisation mon pc plante jai un bluesreen
