URGENT- Attaque d'un spyware,besoin d'aide

Bonjour, mon ordinateur est infecté depuis 2 jours avec je ne sais quels virus et/ou spyware. Il y a une bulle qui indique: Your computer is infected! Dangerous malware infection was detected on your pc. The system will now dowload and install antimalware to prevent data loss and your private information theft.
J'ai procédé à un scan avec l'antispyware de Mcafee qui a relevé environ 39 fichiers infectés (entre autres:Adware-spysheriff, adware-sidefine, Adware DFC, Adware Spyaxe, spyre, puper.dll, start page-Du)
Mon antivirus n'a relevé que 6 fichiers infectés dont quelques uns qu'il ne peut effacer.

Salut,

Dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes essaie de supprimer Spy Axe, et fais ceci :

1/ Télécharge SmitfraudFix
Dézippe-le sur le Bureau.
Ouvre le dossier SmitfraudFix et lance SmitfraudFix.cmd
Choisis l'option 1 (Recherche)
Poste le rapport ici

2/ Redémarre en mode sans échec

Redémarre l'ordinateur. Après les écritures du BIOS, appuies sur F8 (ou F5 si F8 marche pas) pour arriver à un menu avec des écritures blanches sur un fond noir.

Dans ce menu, tu dois pouvoir choisir le mode sans échec (celà se passe avec les flèches et Entrée pour valider).

Le démarrage en mode sans échec est souvent relativement long. Si tu as des écritures blanches bizarres, ne t'inquiètes pas.
Prend juste ton mal en patience.

Relance SmitfraudFix et choisis cette fois l’option 2 et réponds oui à chaque question
Sauvegarde le rapport.

3/ Redémarre normalement et poste le 2ème rapport de SmitfraudFix

4/ Poste un log HijackThis.

Télécharge le, puis met le dans un dossier dédié.
Ensuite, lance le, appuie sur Do a system scan a save a logfile, et donne nous le résultat du scan ;-)

Ok d'après moi, il y a qqch qui ne va pas dans ce log, car à chaque fois que je démarre Windows, il y a une petite fenêtre qui s'ouvre et qui indique ceci: Préparation de l'installation. Puis après une autre fenêtre apparaît et indique: Norton Antivirus doesn't support the repair feature, please uninstall and reinstall. Maudit Virus! Alors dites-moi chers experts, qu'est ce qui ne va pas dans mon log? Aidez-moi svp...
