voila,j'ai effectué un achat sut le site Nike tn requin.Apres deux semaines,ils m'ont envoyé un mail me demandant de bien vouloir chager ma commande car le produit choisi n'etait plus disponible.Deux semaines apres, idem: produit non disponible! J'ai envoyé un mail leur disant que je ne voulais pas faire un troisieme choix:"marre" et surtout mon fils ne voulait rien d'autre.du coup ils m'ont repondu de bien vouloir etre patiente ! et dix jours apres, un autre mail me demande de bien vouloir changer ma commande!!!!je pense etre tombée sur une arnaque et bien entendu, il est impossible de proceder à un remboursement.Seulement je pense qu'ils auraient pu verifier avant la disponibilité de leur article.Que dois je faire.Merci.

bonjour l'affaire est aujourd'hui resolue.Je n'ai pas recu les chaussures mais j'ai obtenu un remboursement total de la somme avancee. je leur ai dit que je ne voulais plus de leurs chaussures , que de toute facon quelle qu'elle soit l'autre paire que j'aurais choisie, ils ne l'auraient pas non plus...etc.....voila .j'espere que ca ira pour toi! :hello:
