formater xp sans cd d'installation et sans disquette ?

je suis pas sur que sa soit possible ou alor dans le bios , ou bien avec un CD linux !!! :-D

Juste au cas où, c'est une version pré-installé sans CD ou quelqu'un te l'a installé avec son CD?

j'ai un Packard Bell,c'est une version pré-installée
je voudrais fomarté parce que j'ai chopé un virus et un trojan dont je n'arrive pas à me débarrasser.

Ok, tu vas sur le site de Packard Bell avec ton N° d'ordi (SN quelque chose, clic droit dans le poste de travail, nom de l'ordi) et tu télécharges un bootdisk que tu graves. Ca te permet de réinstaller Windows à neuf.
Tu auras la possibilité de choisir entre une réinstallation partielle (tes documents seront toujours là) ou totale (tu retrouveras ton ordi exactement comme quand tu l'as acheté, équivalent au formatage classique), je te conseille cette dernière option pour te débarraser de tes virus.
PS, as-tu tout tenté pour tes virus?

F11 au redémarrage (la touche rouge).
Ou utilise smartrestore (restauration destructive): démarrer > tous les programmes > PB > etc.... y a qu'à savoir lire

Tu devrait retrouver ton ordi EXACTEMENT comme quand tu l'a acheté, si ton log de gravure était pré-installé il sera là aussi.
