un cheval de troie

salut a tous

je suis un debutant qui connais rien en informatique et en logiciel et j'aimerai bien savoir c'est quoi Media Gateway , vu que mon anti-virus avast me signal que je doit l'effacé , le probléme c'est qu'il ne s'efface pas et et un autre antivirus me signal aussi que j'ai un cheval de troie (malwair.h) ,je ne sais pas ci Media Gateway est l'origine de ceci ,je lu quelque poste ici sur le forum et j'ai essayé de l'eliminer mais j'ai pas arrivé , j'ai utilisé hijackthis et ca ma donné ca :
