DVDR1620K GRAVE CD PAS DVD...

Quelqu'un peut il m'aider?
On m'a offert un philips DVDR1640P 1620K/00. J'ai mis à jour le firmware (ça marchait déjà pas avant)
je grave sans aucun souci les CD, mais il ne grave pas les DVD. ça marche en simulation, ça marche en lecture, CD, mais aucun DVD d'aucune sorte...
