1. It is possible to disable the main menu and settings dialog :

using "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WinRAR\Policy" Registry key.
This feature may help to preserve WinRAR settings in multiuser environment.

2. Bugs fixed:

a) WinRAR installation did not work under Windows NT 4.0
with MSIE 4.0;

b) width of "Type" and "Modified" columns was not saved
in the file browsing mode;
