Un prix unique pour les livres numériques
La proposition de loi sur le prix unique pour le livre numérique a définitivement été adoptée au Parlement mardi 18 mai. Il s’agira d’un prix fixé par l’éditeur et imposé aux plateformes de vente en France mais également à l’étranger. L’Assemblée Nationale était la troisième et dernière étape de son processus d’adoption après son passage devant la Commission mixte paritaire et devant le Sénat.
Une loi « fondatrice pour la filière du livre »
Le ministre de la Culture et de la Communication Frédéric Mitterrand a réagi en qualifiant cette loi de « fondatrice pour la filière du livre » et salue « la régulation des industries culturelles à l’heure numérique. Les plateformes étrangères n'échappent pas à une régulation lorsqu'elles s'adressent à des lecteurs français ». Pour ce dernier point, reste encore à cette loi à passer le cap de la Commission européenne, ce qui s’avère ambitieux.
« Nous avons choisi le conflit avec Bruxelles »
Un choix regretté par le député Lionel Tardy, qui a voté contre l’adoption du texte : « Nous avons choisi le conflit avec Bruxelles, une fois de plus malheureusement. […] En tant que législateur français, je commence à en avoir assez de voter des lois que l'on sait contraires au droit communautaire ». Enfin, notons que le texte adopté inclue la rémunération juste et équitable des auteurs.

pourvu qu'il ne soit pas aussi cher que le livre physique;pratiquer un prix unique pour les livres numériques est agréable mais comment celà sera t-il possible ,ça suppose une non concurrence entre les différents produits proposés
